All ratings are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject submissions at our discretion.

Noise levels change. A restaurant that was quiet on a Tuesday lunch may be loud on a Friday evening. Always check the time slot and rating count before making decisions.

By submitting a rating you confirm that:

• —It is not defamatory, abusive, or deliberately misleading
• —You are not submitting on behalf of a restaurant or competitor

We reserve the right to remove any rating that violates these terms without notice.

The noise meter provides indicative sound level readings only. Measurements depend on your device's microphone hardware and environmental factors, and may not reflect precise decibel values. DineSotto makes no warranty as to the accuracy of noise meter readings. Use them as a guide rather than a precise measurement.

By using the noise meter you confirm that you are comfortable granting temporary microphone access to your browser for the purpose of measuring ambient sound levels.

We do not accept payment to remove or alter ratings. Ever.
